Leaky Basement

Alot of water seeping into basement through the brick. The wall that seems to be the culprit has the garden/dirt on the other side. I believe it wasnt sealed properly and with the recent rains, it is coming through the concrete brick. House is 1970's and from the damage to the paint, I believe this has been an ongoing issue for sometime. The room is technically a storage room that used to be a carport originally i believe (could be wrong) The access to the back section is VERY limited, meaning digger etc will be no go.
