Rainwater is finding its way through the roof and leaking through ceiling above kitchen and livingroom areas. A tradie who came out to look at it said there were waterproofing issues around chimney and the ridge. He said he'd waterproof it temporarily then fix it properly. Unfortunately he's now told me he's too busy to do either of these jobs so the property has been exposed to the elements for the past two weeks. I'm hopeful someone has the time to sort this asap. The house is a single story with a partial carport underneath.
