Harrop upstairs window sill

moisture is getting in somewhere around the window during north-easterly storms - staining lower corner of rimu window lining. Dries out when rain comes from other directions. Only became apparent last month. Window is on second storey. Need to find cause and eliminate. Possibly replace rimu window lining. Window has reto double glazing fitted.
