Balcony repair

The balcony above our front door entrance has sustained water damage over time and requires repair, waterproofing, and to replace the cedar sides with glass balustrade. The balcony deck will require resurfacing (water proofing) and draining to the adjacent roof gutter. part of existing problem is poor drainage off existing balcony floor. The balcony structure also works as front entry cover.
