Water proof Basement

I own a property at 31 Bretton Terrace, Hillcrest, Hamilton. We had an issue with water leaking into the basement area and was assessed with a plan below given to me Back of the house water leaking onto/under the path, which then leaks into basement area Possible leakage of downpipe behind stonework – possibly need to dig out so that it pipes can be replaced and exterior wall resealed with a waterproofing product
