Weathertight windows and leak repair

Need to remove 2 windows, repair to make weathertight, provide a sill flashing, reinstall and seal. Also need to repair a different leak in a corner of the house, provide new barge flashing and fasten with roof screws. Also need to provide a new sheet of roofing iron and a tray flashing over the hot water cylinder header pipe penetration. We also want to look at a bathroom renovation or possibly just replace a makeshift shower, dependent on cost - above budget listed
