Basement

Two story house brick and tile with block wall under story. Paint lifting off in places (salts) on 1st and 2nd course of blocks. Had a moisture meter test. Not wet to the touch but test shows moisture. I see that companies like EVO and Sika have products that can fill pores effectively making the blocks into a damp course or have epoxy coatings that stop water. We are selling the property and need the problem fixed before we repaint. It needs to be fixed, budget is open. The pictures you see below are of original paint put on approx 36 years ago so damp is not huge. Room is not damp.
