Fix the leaks

I believe the architrave around the deck area windows and front of house are part of the leaking issue due to they are not treated timber and I don’t believe they will have any flashing behind them. Also with it being a Lockwood timber home it gets a lot of swelling and contraction in moist weather, which over time creates separation. I can see places where other trades have tried to remedy this problem with silicone but that is a short term fix. Photos are available I believe I need a qualified builder who is up to code with window flashing systems to fix the problem. Possibly even removing part of the deck, too install a flashing under the sliding door where most of the water comes in.
