Gables waterproofed and eaves installed.

We have bought a house with three gables and they are leaking, going to have it reroofed but need the siding replaced as the siding touches the old roof and has rotted through. The gables are easily got at from the balcony. It is a two story house basically. I have no idea of the cost involved. Would also like to have eaves too, as this is a no eave house and architect said it would make a great difference. Suggested quite a simple remedy. Extend by 100 mm.
