Leaking window frame #2

Hi I have a leaking window frame intermittently especially after very heavy rain. Have noticed this twice now. It’s an old house that has been recently renovated. Hoping to get this fixed to prevent any problems in future. Leaking comes from the top and can hear this dripping down at times - please see photos. Unsure if this can be explained purely by condensation - as happens only during heavy rain period
