Basement tanking

Whilst battening below ground block wall for fixing gib, discovered lower part of wall to be saturated and water seeps out of drilled hole after rain. 3 walls in ground floor shower room are earth retaining walls. It is not possible to access exterior surfaces of the walls in question. I require some form of waterproofing membrane to completely seal the inside surface of the walls and possibly floor in question.
