Waterproofing; bathroom accessory install and hot water cylinder insulation

Looking for someone to do a few jobs around the bathrooms A. Waterproofing 1. There seems to be a leak from the shower (not tiled) 2. The bathtub tiles seem to have a gap between the tub and the tiles. 3. Overhang vanity and tiles has a hole 4. Also overall check of the three bathrooms for water issues Possible additional jobs depending on cost: B. Small ugrades 1. Removal of 2x single vanity (walll hung) 2. Install 2x new single vanity (wall hung) and complete waterproofing against tile backsplash. 3. Install 3x bathroom heaters C. Insulation 1. Installation of hot water cylinder and pipes insulation - currently no insulation but in a separate cabinet
