The shower leaks. The first photo shows a puddle of water after a six minute shower. The second photo shows loose moulding in the shower. I'm not sure if this is causing the leak but even if it is leaking for another reason the moulding needs to be fixed.

The repair was at my rental property and my tenant was very impressed - very clean and professional. She loved the courteousness in that he also removed his boots before coming in! The only fault was that it took a long time to receive the bill.
