Ascertain damage in ceiling. Ensure power point and nearby wiring is safe (the garage door motor that uses the power point in the attached photo is damaged). There is no access to the garage roof space that I can see, so the hole that will need to be cut to inspect the roof space will need to be repaired afterward.
