Custom lead welded flashing required

Need a new custom lead welded flashing made for a 100mm pvc toilet vent pipe that protrudes through a very steep dechromastic metal tile roof (60 deg). I would use a aluminium and rubber boot type but I haven't managed to find one suitable for such a steep roof. They all seem to be for a roof less than 45 deg. I already have the sheet lead and will be fitting it myself. I just need someone to weld it up for me.
