Replacing aged window rubber seals

Looking to replace window rubber seals on several windows in our house as they have shrunk and aged in the sun. Windows are a Large bay window in lounge, second lounge window, sliding door, and bedroom window (replacing on about half of a 3 bedroom unit). Photos show just the bay window to give you an idea of condition but can add photos of the other windows or can arrange site visit. Looking to do this at some point in the next couple of months.
