There are 8 dormer windows on my roof with 7 with butynol membrane on top. The top and sides of the dormers having mild leak on heavy rain, and needs to be fully waterproofed and coated. The house is a 2 story building, and the cladding also have a leak on top of a window, that need to be waterproofed too. Photos attached.
