Shower lining/sealant repair
Job description
Lining in the shower has lifted, and shower rose fixture needs a water proof sealant. Not sure if lining has warped because of a leak that's got through the lining somehow, or the glue just simply gave out. This is a newbuild townhouse. See attached image - when I lifted the ring/plate back, it looks like the hole in the lining is too large for the fixture, so the sealant hasn't sealed the gap properly - you can see the small sealant ring around the fixture and an open gap around it. I'd like someone to assess the lining, and the possible causes for it warping/lifting etc. And I would like the rose fixture to be sealed properly so water can't get through.

Very happy with Johann's work he did on my shower lining. He turned up on time, and was very communicative while giving helpful advice. He put a lot of care and attention into his work, and the final result was very neat and tidy.
