Sorting out our shower (lining)
Job description
We are moving back into our house after some EQC repairs. My pIan had been to put a showerdome on top of our old shower to protect the nice new paint in our bathroom, however now I'm seeing the shower again it's clear we need to sort out the lining properly first. It is very flappy at the top of the shower, and there is also some flapping at the lower edge. (see photo) The shower lining looks newer than the rest of the shower; so it may have been replaced (somewhat imperfectly) sometime before I bought the property 3 years ago. Because the hope is to save up for a proper bathroom renovation in a couple of years, I'm ideally wanting to have our current shower made watertight/ok to use, rather than replacing the whole shower if that is feasible. (I imagine this will require the shower being dismantled, the lining removed, any issues related to the flappy lining sorted, and the shower being reinstalled - however showers are not in my area of expertise and I'm very open to discussion on what is needed) I realise everyone is busy at the moment; but I am keen to get this sorted as soon as possible. This is the only shower at the house, but we are very happy to work around you with respect to availability to do the work (and the shower being out of action).

Very happy with the work Ross did for us replacing the shower lining. All to schedule and as per Ross' quote. Excellent and very responsive communication. The quote provided was clear and Ross also explained what the work would entail and any potential issues we might run into (that were not included on the quote) which meant we had a good understanding of what would be done from the start.
