Replacing silicon sealant to shower base

The Silicon sealant on the shower base has broken down and is coming out. We have replaced it with a very rough coating of silicon to keep the water out but this is now coming up in places. We would like someone to please remove and replace the silicon sealant producing a neat and waterproof finish. Preferably available in the next 2 weeks.
