The tray and wall seams have been sealed recently and still a leak is being detected. Floor near leak has rippled (lino on top of wood flooring) suggesting it was/is wet. It is not a tiled shower but has a solid corner sheet (plastic?) along two sides. Shower has curved doors. I cannot figure out where the leak is coming from as all possible points have been sealed, including the rim of the outlet drain in the centre. It would appear that water is collecting at one corner of the shower and has caused a leak to form, GIB or Aqualine(??) has gone soft at that collection point. It was suggested to me that whoever laid the tray, cut the lip too short (behind the plastic wall sheet?) and water is able to get in behind that, possibly. This job will need to be seen before an estimate can be provided. I don't know what the budget for this would be so cannot provide a figure. Will try to add photos later.
