Have developed a leak which I am thinking is coming from my old lead flashing although have not got up myself to look.This is causing paint bubbling next to the ceiling plate around the flue of my wood burner. It was previously resealed following the 2010 quakes. I have a concrete tile roof on a 1960s home.
