Lucknow Leak

I have a concrete block retaining wall in the living area which has a leak penetrating it, and it is slowly seeping inside. Gibboard has been removed and it has been discovered. Hydrocrete will potentially sort it out this problem but it does extend to the corner 200mm away, so need an alternative solution to waterproof the corner behind timber framing next to this leak. I imagine timber needs to be chopped/braced (builder) , waterproofing applied and new timber framing replaced. Wall then needs gib board replaced, and joins plastered ready for painting. The actual affected area is only about 500mmW x 300mmH
