Roof Leak

I am about to purchase a house in Spreydon - CHCH and we have done a house inspection. It was noticed the use of silicone sealant around joints and nail-fixings is extensive (from out side) and there is evidence of leaking in the roof-space e.g. buckets. So I would like to receive a quote of the estimated costs to fix it. Looks like the work would be to remove the nails, put new flashings and re-nailing. Looks like the the metal roof is in good order. Order informations: T-Rib coloursteel iron roofing. More or Less 70m2
