Bargeboard Replacement

Hey! I'd like to get my right hand side barge board replaced. It has rotted and warped and is no longer watertight, so it needs to be replaced. It used to have mains power running into it, but that now goes through the other side. May need a flashing or something to cover the top too? I haven't measured it, but my guess would be 3-4m. This would require someone to measure and purchase materials, install and seal. No need to paint as I can do that, but pre-primed bargeboard would be preferred. Thanks
