Drainage design for path

Waterproofing Contractor required. Our house is on a hill. We want to lay a concrete path on the downhill side, adjoining the house. It will need some kind of drainage to the nearby sump. The walls are RockCote. There has been mud washed down and building up next to the RockCote, starting to cause capillary action, which I've had to dig away. We need some advice from a Waterproofing Contractor on how to design the path and drainage to sort this out.
