Historical compliance

Job description

Exterior Waterproofing
Banks Peninsula

We require repair work done on two areas of our house in order to complete an historic code of compliance, applied for last December. There are two CCC building inspector reports available as PDFs (which can't be uploaded here) but we are happy to email on application. Most of it involves weather-proofing: under soffits, roof-edge capping, creating cladding clearance from decking, plus measuring up and installing a new compliant double glazed window. To make this work viable for someone travelling out to Diamond Harbour there is further repair work available: replacing rotten parts of a pergola at the front of the house, installing new roof-edge capping, and adjustments to an aluminium bi-fold door that won't open. Our preference is to get the work done sometime over the next 2-3 months before the winter weather sets in and should be carried out by a licensed builder.
