Leak from deck soffit
Job description
Not sure if this is caused by the seal being damaged or a leak within the soffit wondering about putting a manhole into the soffit to assess ? We have had a plumber who said that it’s more of a structural job? No idea re cost estimates

Wow, Christophe came by and visited the site and gave us an idea of what may be happening. He then came by really well prepared and found a leak from our in wall toilet into the soffit at the front of our house. Christophe wrote a really detailed report for the plumber with photos, the plumber was impressed as he knew immediately what the problem was and is following up with Christophe. Really tidy builder he and his assistant both really great communicators. Thanks
