build up floor by 20mm using Screed to bathroom floors

Need 20 mm screed added to build up two bathroom floors. Total Floor area of both floors is 13m2. Floors will be fully waterproofed down the track, however that is not part of this job. Floors currently have a 18 mm layer of plywood, covered by Concrete cement sheet. Subfloor is 200 x 50 joists at 400 crs, with blocking at 400 crs. Floors also have slope down to channel drain built into them which will need to retained and channel drain will need to be allowed for in screed layout.
