Shower magnet seal replacement

We have 2x five-year-old Athena showers. On one of these, the vertical door magnet/seal has kept coming kept coming loose and falling out and is breaking as a result. This results in water ingress onto the bathroom floor during a shower. I feel that it is likely due to heat in the shower. We need a replacement strip, and I understand it needs to be glued into position using Loctite glue with the aluminium channel crimped at the bottom using vice grips.
