Job description
the original balcony floor looked like fiberglass which got wear and tear, small leaking into the garage ceiling in the downstairs (see photos). We asked the builder to get done in Dec 2020. It included below: Strip old flooring on deck. Fit back 5 new h5 treated plywood flooring. Waterproof floor. Build new framing for deck flooring Fit new ballestrade in timber. Because the tenants did not use the garage often, until in Oct 2023, when tenants moved out, we noticed much severe leaking happened in the front garage and inside garage, even the side wall outside (see photos). the builder got back to add extra waterproofing, but it still does not work. We seek experienced builder to advise and also can be fixed properly and completely.
