Fix hinges on glass shower door

The hinges on our shower door have come loose, leading to the glass door dragging against the floor tiles and not closing properly. I have attached a photo of both the bottom hinge which is still tight as well as the faulty top hinge which is loose and causing the issue of the shower door scraping everytime we open and close it.
