Waterproofing on balcony

Balcony from master bedroom is "sunken" into the roof of the lower level. During the major rain events it appears the waterproofing on our balcony has lifted and water has gotten behind and entered into the roof cavity above the kitchen. We would like a suitably experienced waterproofing/roofing company to review and provide a determination if it is infact the waterproofing that is the issue, and a quote to repair. Balcony is triangular and approx 10m2.
