Upstairs bathroom leak to downstairs...
Job description
My rental property has water dripping through the ceiling which appears to come from the bathroom or hwc above. I had a plumber come last week who could not find the source. He checked around the hwc and found no leaks. The shower is behind the hwc; some tiles have cracked in-between joints through which he says water was seeping and he used silicon to seal the gaps. The dripping has suddenly become worse and is now a steady stream, even when the shower is not in use. The tenant suspects that water has been seeping under the shower tray for a while so maybe in a bad way underneath. Today a big bubble appeared in the ceiling below so is requiring urgent attention. I need someone to find out what the issue is and repair it asap please!
