Replace flooring after water damage

We've had a water leak under the house which has caused water damage to our particle board flooring in our hallway and bedroom. The area affected is approximately 12m2. There's not much space under the house around the affected area so it hasn’t been possible to confirm the extent of the damage. The area is carpeted so the carpet will need to be ripped up to access the flooring. The damaged area might include some of the bathroom floor as well. We've noticed some movement in the bathroom.
