Bathroom waterproofing

My ensuite has been out of use for months because the last time I got a guy in to clean the shower box and regrout it, I was told when he pulled out the silicon in the floor-wall joint, water seeped out from the back of the tile. It always did smell kinda damp in the ensuite but it doesn't now since we stopped using it and allowed to dry out for over a year. We now need someone to assess if the 60x60 tiles needs to be removed, and re water proof the walls and floor again and retile with same tiles and in the process identify what caused the water build up behind the tiles in the first place, a leak in the shower hose wall connection or water getting in through the grouting joints or both. We also need the other two bathrooms checked for water proofing. The house was built in 2008 and the floors lined with plywood.
