Our 1920's bungalow has a leak just above the fire place with water entering between the ceiling and wall. There are cracks up the chimney that have been repaired in the past but it appears that these repairs have failed and the leaks have returned. We need the leaks repaired again and the general area inspected and any potential issues addressed.
