Repair water damage

I have a property that I manage in Auckland City which has some damage to the door area due to the external wall having a small crack in it and water getting in. Both the external wall needs to be repaired/repainted and the internal areas need to be repaired. This needs to be done in the next few weeks and i need someone who will be able to invoice me so that I can forward the bill onto the out of town home owner to be paid.
