Timber Deck over Membrane

Existing timber deck to be removed and membrane installed before laying new timber deck - this is to turn the deck into a waterproof carport roof. I'd like an estimate price for removing existing timber decking, laying substrate and installing membrane (with correct fall and drainage) before installing a raised timber deck (standard pine deck) back over-top using nurajacks or another proprietary system for raising the timber deck over the membrane. Deck is 6x 5.5m (5.5m is side which falls) - 33 square meters. If you can give a rough estimate on all or part of this it would be greatly appreciated. If indicative price is acceptable we will arrange to take you on-site and get a fixed quote before proceeding with work. No balustrade work required.
