We have had a new deck constructed. The base is 19mm F1 plywood which requires waterproofing with the likes of Butynol or a similar product. It is intended to overlay a 'floating' wooden decking after the waterproofing has been completed so the waterproof membrane will not have to sustain 'traffic'. The deck measures 7.2m x 3.5m. It has a 'channel' for run-off and coving around parimeter will be required.
