New septic and plumbing

Complete septic tank and soak holes, hook up to water mains which can be sources from my sisters property. The spouting and toilet needs replacing as well. My house has been relocated and still has original plumbing and power connected. However they will have to be inspected. Access to the water mains is about 43.5m. I have attached several photos to give an idea of job. Job is urgent, I'm heading back to Perth to pack up house and bring my wife back on 11th July 2016. Returning first or second week of August.
