Septic tank checking pump

Pump not pumping material up to the larger tank. Electrician has been and there is power to the box. The alarm did not operate and this smaller tank is full. 3rd Jan 24 this tank will be pumped out so we need someone to come in and hopefully see what the problem is. The units were installed august/Sept 2022. Cheers Joy
