New sanitary sewer, storm-water, and potable water connection is needed to WCC mains for a recently subdivided approximately 420sqm steep section in Melrose/Island bay. We have Approved Site Plan (ASP) --- and two engineers drawings options - one of which if chosen would require a small deviation from the ASP. Job is not urgent, but we're looking to get the work scheduled for sometime in the next year or so, and are looking for a non-eye-watering quote.

My brother and I and our father (owner of the land in question) are very happy with the new WC, SW and SS work done by Matt and his helpers at Ascot Consulting Limited. Including organising traffic management and liaison with WCC plumbers. Communication between Matt and I were open and honest. Reinstallation of a concrete path, lawn, and tidy-up of the site was immaculate. Would definitely use again if putting services on a new section in the future. Wayne Sloane.
