Blocked kitchen sink

I have a twin kitchen sink (with insinkerator) that is backing up with water when the tap is left on. It will eventually drain slowly so it’s not fully blocked. I’ve taken the trap out and everything is clean so the blockage is further in the pipes than I can access. Basically I need the pipe(s) unblocked.

Two people came around to unblock the sink, they did a good job of it. The only issue I have was the final invoice amount which was almost 40% higher than another companies standard service fees.

"Hey there, just to clarify the final invoice of the job, included the use of a drain snake to unblock the kitchen. The job was not as straight forward as plunging a kitchen sink or sticking drain clear down it hence the price.
The invoice also included our travel time and fuel, if you have a major concern with the invoice please let me know and we can sort something out.
