Garden Drainage Overhaul

We have a steep 1/4 acre section with a small spring at the top meaning we have a lot of water to manage. Previous drainage works aren't quite cutting it so we need to up our game. Priority one is preventing water draining through our garage/basement in super heavy rain. Next priority is managing water up the section to reduce winter mud and improve usability. Low priority/possible next project is finding a way to collect the spring water for emergency use (subject to cost/feasibility). Open to completing the job in phases but priority works to stop under-house drainage needs to be completed before winter.
