Install piping for new town supply to two adjacent existing properties

Trench and install underground piping for two existing properties, to Hurunui DC specifications (500mm deep 15mm laterals, presumably blue water supply pipe) for a restricted supply from the grass berm to an existing water tank. One property is dead simple, 10m run at the edge of the lawn, under a hedge and fence. The other is somewhat more difficult, longer run and then perhaps needing to hand trench near a fence or possibly subsurface drilling under a driveway. I'm guessing someone would need to visit the site to give a reasonable estimate.
