A pump isnt working in one of the chambers. check if bacteria levels

My tank is a bacteria tank and three chambers. One pump has stopped working. The one in the last chamber. I've had a tenant in the property and they have not used products suitable for my septic tank so I'm concerned the bacteria level may not be where it needs to be for my tank to function effectively.
