Replace Septic Tank Lid #2

A slab of concrete approx 650mm x 910mm x 50mm? on my septic tank requires replacing as it has cracked. The current slabs shorter edges (610mm) are where the slab meets the edge of the septic tank to rest upon. Nice to have: It would be nice if they were made in 2 (324mm x 910mm) so it makes them easier to lift on and off, Preferably casting steel handles into it for easy removal.
