Need to Unblock a sewer pipe

Sewer pipe blocked. Toilet stuff overflows outside the house. A plumber used a high pressure water jet machine to unblocked it but after a couple of days it blocked again. He used a inspection camera to check and found at 27.3 metre there is a vertical down turn has tree roots. But his water jet machine can't reach the place. He suggested someone use a steel coil cable type machine to try to cut the tree roots.
