Run new sewer line

Hi, we are based in Brisbane, but have a rental in crichton terrace in Hauraki. We are wanting a replacement sewer line run from our boundary, across our neighbours section into the council junction point. we were wanting to get this done shortly, before the wet weather arrives. Ideally, we want to run 2 lines to allow for future expansion or if we get roots in the original one (as we are suffering from this at the moment).
